How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you get full access to all features for 7 days without entering a credit card. After 7 days, you can choose to subscribe or continue in limited mode (free but with reduced features).

What happens if I don't pay after the trial?

Your account automatically switches to limited mode. You can still see the location of 1 device every 60 minutes, but you'll lose access to history, safe zones, alerts and SOS button. You can activate your subscription anytime to recover all features.

Can I change the number of devices?

Yes. You can add or remove devices at any time from your dashboard. The price adjusts automatically and volume discounts apply immediately.

How does payment work?

We process all payments securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other international cards. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime without penalty.

Do I need to install an app?

No. ProtectTrack works directly in the web browser (PWA). This means it works on any phone, even the most basic ones, without downloading anything from the App Store or Play Store.

Do prices include taxes?
