How do payments work? Do you accept cards?
Yes. For El Salvador clients we use Wompi Banco Agrícola (Visa/Mastercard) or BAC transfer. For US clients we accept ACH and credit card via Stripe. Productized services are paid 100% upfront. Recurring services (WhatsApp Pro, etc.) charge setup first and monthly fees starting day 6.
Do you issue DTE (Salvadoran electronic invoice)?
Yes, all services include DTE issued by Estrategia Operativa para Empresas y Negocios, S.A.S. de C.V. (NIT 0623-230226-114-8, NRC 381565-0). For US clients we issue formal invoice with W-8BEN-E available.
Is there a minimum commitment contract?
No for recurring monthly services. WhatsApp Pro and Empresarial are cancelable month-to-month with 7-day notice. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund proportionally. Consulting engagements (Web Custom, ERP Diagnostic) do have defined contractual scope upfront.
What happens if the bot does not handle a real conversation well?
You have 30 days from setup to validate the system handles real conversations as expected. If during that period you decide it does not perform, we refund 100% of setup ($197). Your monthly fee cancels without additional cost. Guarantee documented in /terminos.
Do I need an IT team to maintain it?
No. We operate the system 24/7. Your only role is: (1) human escalation when a conversation requires it — but the bot notifies you, you do not need to monitor, and (2) report to us if something breaks. Support guaranteed in 72 hours.
Do you work outside El Salvador?
Yes. We have active clients in El Salvador, United States, and Costa Rica. WhatsApp Pro works in any country where WhatsApp Business is available. DTE-Express is specific to El Salvador (MH SV system). Presencia Express and Google Listo work in any market.
Can you integrate with my existing CRM/ERP?
Yes, via REST API or webhook. Most common integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Zoho, SAP Business One, Odoo. For custom integrations, scope is quoted separately (minimum $500). The Empresarial Plan includes one standard integration.
Are my WhatsApp conversations private? Who sees them?
Conversations are processed on proprietary infrastructure (Hetzner VPS Germany, encryption at rest). Access only by the operator (NDA available on request). We do not sell or share data. You have the right to request total deletion of your history at any time per Salvadoran LPDP. Full policy at /aviso-privacidad.
When do you bill? Upfront or in arrears?
Setup: upfront, before kickoff. Monthly fees: day 1 of the current month. For clients with valid Salvadoran NIT we issue DTE the day of payment. For US/CR we issue invoice on day 1.
